Unified Patent Court (UPC)
Meet our Registered Representatives before the Unified Patent Court
The Unified Patent Court (UPC) is a judicial institution that has been established to provide a single forum for resolving disputes related to European patents. The UPC is designed to increase legal certainty and reduce costs for patent holders, and it aims to create a more unified system for patent litigation in Europe. The benefits of the UPC include faster and more efficient resolution of patent disputes, greater consistency in the interpretation of patent law, and increased access to justice for small and medium-sized enterprises who may have previously been deterred from enforcing their patents due to the cost and complexity of the existing system.
Our 3 Registered Representatives before the Unified Patent Court: Magnus Stiebe, Sandra Gallego Pato and Alexandros Stavrinadis will be able to help and support you with all the questions and queries about the Unitary Patent and the UPC.
We look forward hearing from you!
