B. A. Multilingual Communication

Sarah was born and raised in the city of Clermont-Ferrand, located in the center of France. After a high-school degree in languages and music, she started a bachelor degree in Hispanic Philology.

In 2009, she received an Erasmus scholarship and decided to leave the Auvergne volcanoes to study in Granada. After this first international experience, she decided to take another opportunity to continue studying abroad. This is how she completed her studies with two Masters in European Intercultural Relations and literary translation between 3 universities: Regensburg in Germany, Madrid in Spain and Bordeaux in France.

Before entering the world of IP, Sarah had various working experiences, but always in an international environment. Among others, she keeps good memories of her experience at the Institut Français in Valencia as the person in charge of linguistic stays.

In 2016, she started working in Munich for a digital start-up as responsible of the French and Spanish-speaking markets. She really enjoyed this Bavarian experience, which allowed her to acquire professional experience in an international and constantly evolving environment. However, she was missing Spain, thus she didn’t think twice when she was offered to come back to Madrid.

Sarah joined BALDER’s Trade Mark Department in July 2018. She loves the multicultural environment, which allows her to meet her professional expectations, moreover in the industrial property sector, where there is always something to learn.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys both the cultural life of Madrid and the trails of the Madrid mountains, which makes this region such a special place…
