Manuel, unlike many members of BALDER, was born in Madrid and studied Business at the Universidad Complutense of Madrid. Attracted by German culture decided to spend some time, very fruitful and, why not, fun in Cologne where he worked for the German multinational REWE Group in what he thought was his future, tourism. There he acquired a knowledge of German; he perfected his English and faced the workplace from an international company.

Following that and a little less focused in his professional future of when he left, decided to return to Madrid in search of new challenges. And here he passed the great team that is Balder. He discovered the world of Industrial Property, virtually unknown to him at the time and it gave him an opportunity to thrive in a world of great possibilities.

Manuel is a clear example of the philosophy that drives BALDER, where the effort and determination are rewarded, where part of the team is paramount for increased customer satisfaction. Performing paralegal and starting to work its experience from below, has discovered in the world of patents the origin of a long and promising career.

Influenced by the spirit of motivation and overcoming of BALDER, Manuel got is Degree in Commerce to become soon an Official Agent of Industrial Property.

Manuel spends his free time with his family, with whom he shares countless evenings of film sessions, with his friends in the center of Madrid and with his passion, the rock of the 70’s.

Quoting two great American presidents, Manuel summarizes his attitude and that of his entire team to this face this great project.

“Whenever you are asked if you can do a job, tell ’em, ‘Certainly I can!’ Then get busy and find out how to do it.”

Franklin Delano Roosevelt
