XXXVIII Workshop on Industrial and Intellectual Property in Madrid
On February 16 and 17, the XXXVIII Workshop on Industrial and Intellectual Property organized by the Spanish Group of the AIPPI was held in Madrid.
As always, they have attracted great interest among professionals in the sector. Inmaculada de la Haza, Partner at BALDER and our colleague Cristina López, European Patent Agent, attended this edition, where Cristina has offered an interesting and informative presentation on the tendency of the EPO to force the modification of the description in the light of the granted set of claims.
